"My name is Nickolaos Kaloudis, and i currently have 2 cars insured with this office. I wanted to bring to your attention the fabulous work ethic of one of your employees by the name of Greg Despeines. During certain difficulties that i have experienced over the last year or so, especially with my health, i had fallen behind on my payments... As a result my policy was in danger of being cancelled. But Greg helped me and went above and beyond his duties. He assisted in formulating a payment plan for both of my cars that were insured through your office, but more importantly treated me with respect, empathy, and an honest willingness to help me. He, on his own, would call me and give me updates, without me having to look for him.
